Value Proposition
Following the format of Chicago Resource Expo (formerly known as Chicago Natural Resource Conference and Exhibition), the Denver show strives to provide intimate environment and give your company maximum exposure to attending investors. To ensure such environment, the number of exhibitors is limited to 25 companies.
In addition to the booth space, each company may sign up for a 20-minute presentation slot. Presentations will be given in a conference room, adjacent to the exhibition hall, throughout Saturday's Expo session. They are a great way to introduce your company to attendees, and generate foot traffic at your booth.
Booth Details
Your booth includes a 3x6 table, 2 chairs (unless you request more), and electrical outlets. You are responsible for your own display materials.
Presentation Details
Power Point files are the preferred format for presentations. We provide audio output, if your presentation requires it. We encourage you to send us a copy of your presentation prior to the event, so we can test it on our equipment.
If you have any special technical needs, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
Lodging
We have a special room rate established at The Westin Tabor Center hotel. To get the rate you can book your room online, or mention Denver Resource Expo when making the reservation by phone.
Website Marketing Materials
Please submit your company's information for inclusion on our website via e-mail to info@globalresourceexpos.com.
Conference Program Materials
You have two choices in how you may submit your company’s summary in order for it to be bound into the program. The first, and preferred method, is for you to provide a digital version to info@globalresourceexpos.com, no later than September 7th, 2007. We will produce the prints and bind your materials.
The second option applies if you already have printed copies of your materials. In this case, you can mail them to us by the same deadline as above, and we will bind your information along with the rest of conference marketing materials.
